I have been seeing a trend of people trying to make different kinds of chia jams. I decided to try it using frozen mixed berries. It's definitely too tier and worth the hype!
Cook 1 1/2 of frozen berries on low heat.
When the berries start bubbling add 2 tbsps of maple syrup and 2 tsps of vanilla essence.
Let it simmer for a further 5-7 minutes meanwhile mashing the berries with a fork.
Once you have completely mashed everything up add 3 tbsp of chia seeds.
Mix them in well and leave it to cool.
Transfer jam into a jar and enjoy as desired.
