Decide what you need for your body

You need to assess your body and make a decision on what you need to feel healthier and sexier. Do you need to focus on weight loss or weight gain? Do you want to build more muscle or just be lean? All of this is possible with a plant based lifestyle, you just have to be willing to try. You know what is best for you and your body. Decide what you want and put in the work.

Even on the days you don't feel like it, do it anyway.
